The exchange of experience between foreign lecturers at the university is of great importance, because it allows to expand horizons and improve the quality of education. This influences students by giving them a unique opportunity to learn about different cultures and ways of thinking, which helps them become more tolerant and open to new ideas.

Michal Koberecki and Wawrzyniec Rudolf – professors of the University of Lodz, Poland arrived at the Ala-Too International University under the Erasmus Staff program in order to exchange experience. Representatives of this university give lectures at the Departments of International Relations and Management, which contribute to the formation of a more successful and multinational learning environment. In addition, there are discussions about the dual degree program in International Relations.
