As part of the lesson on “Tourism and Hospitality”, on October 20, 2023, a guest lecture was held, organized by Turdukan Bekimbetova, Head of the Department of Management of the AIU. The students had a unique opportunity to get into the world of hospitality and learn about its internal mechanisms firsthand. The lecture was conducted by a representative of one of the most famous hotels in Bishkek - “Sheraton” Altynai Omurkanova, HR Department Director and Training Manager Saikal Alybayeva, where they shared their many years of experience in the hospitality industry.

The meeting was not only informative, but also interactive, thanks to the active participation of students who asked relevant and important questions, expanding their horizons and immersing themselves in the atmosphere of the industry. This event was also integrated into an extensive internship program, allowing students to gain valuable practical experience and fully immerse themselves in the professional activities of one of the leading hotels in Bishkek - the Sheraton.
